Delivery
Delivery information for UK mainland, remote UK areas, and international orders.

- The same-day dispatch cut-off is 2pm on working days.
- Most UK orders ship by Royal Mail Tracked 24, with free delivery over GBP 15.
- Large parcels and some destinations may require courier surcharges shown at checkout.
UK Mainland
Our cut off for same day delivery is 2pm.
We ship most items via Royal Mail Tracked 24 - this is FREE for all orders over £15 for the whole of the UK, including the Highlands and Islands.
For all orders under £15 there is a fixed charge of £3.50 (including vat) per order for this service.
Large Items And Courier Surcharges
For larger items that can’t be shipped using Royal Mail, we use a Courier, usually FedEx. Unfortunately, we are charged an additional fee for shipments to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles and we have to pass this cost on. The actual cost will show as a courier surcharge at the checkout.

Working-Day Delivery
If you live in these areas, please call us to see if we can arrange alternative shipping as we are more than happy to do this if it is available.
Delivery is always on a working day. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery or a Saturday delivery please contact us.
International Delivery
We are able to ship Worldwide - for most destinations, the website will apply the correct delivery rate for your order. If this does not happen automatically, please contact us and we will quote you.
