- By ordering age-restricted items such as filleting knives, you confirm you are 18 or over.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days when eligible items are returned in as-new condition and original packaging.

Knives
Please be aware that we are unable to sell filleting knives to anybody under the age of 18. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over. We are also unable to ship knives oversees.
Returns
We are happy for you to return goods for whatever reason as long as we receive them back within 14 days.
Please contact us via email to arrange the return of any goods. We are unable to accept the return of tide tables.
Please ensure that goods are returned to us in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them back and therefore strongly recommend that you return goods using recorded delivery.
On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund for the goods. We are unable to refund any carriage costs expect where the goods are faulty.
