How to return eligible Down The Cove goods and when refunds are processed.

- Free returns are available for eligible goods received back within 14 days.
- Items should be returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging.
- Refund details are emailed after the returned goods have been received and checked.
Returning An Item
We provide free returns and are happy for you to return goods for whatever reason as long as we receive them back within 14 days.
Please ensure that goods are returned to us in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging.
