Harlyn Bay is a large sandy beach 3 miles from Padstow.
It is sheltered and safe so an ideal choice for families, especially as it has lifeguards through the summer months.
Sea Fishing in Harlyn area
This whole area is good for bass and all species of flatfish if fishing off the beaches. The headlands are good fishing places for pollack, mackerel and the odd whiting or cod.
