Apple Wood Dust This is Apple Dust - Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) - perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ. Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers. Apple is slightly sweet and fruity and is a good all rounder that is excellent for fish, beef, poultry and pork - please see our shop for lots of other flavours.
